Concept

Dualism Collective invites you to an intimate evening structured around a single question: How does our perception of a wine change when context changes?

Location

Patia Toranomon

Full address is shared after reservation to keep the event private until your seat is confirmed.

The evening

5 movements, composed with restraint.

  1. Arrival

Bruschetta with fresh tomato, marinated aubergines, and legumes with sausage. Served with beer.

  2. Technical Introduction

A guided tasting of two contrasting wines: Lugana and Costacielo. Ryu will provide a technical overview of their origin and structure.

  3. The Dinner

Four dishes designed and prepared by Giovanni and Arkadiy to interact with both wines in different ways.

    • Linguine with prawn tartare

    • Mezze maniche all'amatriciana

    • Chicken with yuzu and mint, asparagus

    • Pepper chicken thighs with mango chutney and potatoes

  4. Reflection

A simple palate cleanser of lettuce and tomato. A second look at our wine preferences — observing what has shifted.

  5. Closing

Chocolate cream tartlet with Visciola, a sour cherry wine from central Italy. Coffee and whisky are available upon request for a small additional charge.
